How do I order?
There are 2 options:
Option 1. You place your order in my online shop.
This is the common way of purchasing your AKKESOIR jewel. You can use the contact form if you would like to change the color of the glass pendant.
After usually 3-4 days (in Germany, and outside Europe delivery times may differ), latest within 1 week, you will receive your AKKESOIR with DHL-secured parcel service.
The creation of some items takes a little longer, if that is the case it will be stated in the product description.
Your jewelry will be delivered in a jewelry box, including a polishing cloth, care description, and handwritten card.
Option 2. You wish for a unique AKKESOIR
You might have become inspired but want something personal, something no one else has. Then you've come to the right place at AKKESOIR.
You can use the contact form for the first contact. Subsequently, I listen to your wishes and we will discuss all design details, as well as the pricing upfront. In comparison, this variant is the more pricey one, because I will create a unique piece of jewelry for you.
While designing I will keep you up to date and check in when busy creating. These are all essentials I value a lot. Your AKKESOIR will be ready after 2 weeks, always depending on your individual wish. Either you receive your piece of jewelry with DHL-secured parcel service or we meet in person.
Your jewel will be delivered in a luxury jewelry box, including a polishing cloth, care description, and handwritten card.

What kind of packaging will my order have?
All orders come in an AKKESOIR sealed black box, including a polishing cloth and care instructions, accompanied by a handwritten card.
Unique items and orders from 300€ will be delivered in a luxury wooden box.
Orders are shipped with DHL parcel service in a recycled and trackable Send me pack box.
Why are AKKESOIR glass earrings and pendants never exactly the same?
The glass earrings and pendants are made of Tiffany glass. This patented glass often has a distinctive characteristic that is common in some glass from Classical antiquity: it possesses a superficial iridescence. This iridescence causes the surface to shimmer but also causes a degree of opacity.
I offer a variety of colors and shapes for Tiffany glass elements. They're all one-of-a-kind, which means no glass element is the same. This is something you should realize. The pictures in my shop are giving you an indication of the shape, and in the description, you find further details such as the option to choose the pendant size. Given the origin of the glass elements, irregularities are normal and part of the design.

I want to order a necklace but I want to change the color of the glass pendant, is this possible?
Yes, that's no problem at all. In my online shop, you find a form to fill out. If you place your order you can leave a message when checking out. You can as well order extra pendants to add a change to your jewelry wardrobe, find all variants in the 'pendants' section.
What is gold, silver, or palladium plating and how long does it last?
My jewelry is all shiny and plated with 14ct. gold, fine silver, or palladium silver. This last plating is a darker silver tone than 925 silver, even harder than gold. Plating means the last layer has this color. As with any other consumer item, wear and tear depends on the type and frequency of use, i.e. the more often I wear something and the less I care for it, the faster it wears out. It remains a matter of taste, many customers find it good if their AKKESOIR gets a little patina after a certain time. AKKESOIR offers new plating for a reasonable price. Is AKKESOIR jewelry allergy-free?
As AKKESOIR cooperates with one of the key chain manufacturers in the jewelry business, only nickel-free Germany-made chains and components are used. This means that persons who are sensitive to nickel can wear the jewelry without any problem.
What means 'unique' jewelry?
By this, I mean that the pieces of jewelry all have a unique character. Either the jewelry item is a one-of-a-kind, or it exists in a limited edition where all pieces have something unique, fe. the pendant, but together they form a series.
